Beautiful weather for a run on October 1st when we came to the Jumpstart your Heart 5k event. This was yet another wonderful cause we participated in and served as a great milestone in #actnchange.
A. Caballero has been on #anc_myhealthjourney this past year and achieved the gold medal for first in his age range from 20-29 as this 5k. As we continue to follow his journey, his testimony becomes an example for others in regards to health, dedication and discipline.
