One of our goals this year was to become more engaged in our faith and building our relationship with God. We looked at what God had blessed us with and decided to inquire about joining the worship team at our church. We are very excited about this journey as we become more involved in the community and use our talents to worship and praise God, leading others around us to have a stronger connection as well.

The excitement hit us fast- just as fast as the headaches and fatigue I started to experience. So now we knew and wondered, “Now what?” First we started making sure I was getting the right prenatal nutrients from my vitamins as well as enough water to keep hydrated.
